The Amour de Deutz is made from old vines in Grand Cru sites in Le Mesnil sur Oger and Avize and a tiny proportion from the 95% rated 1er Cru Villers Marmery in the Grande Montagne de Reims. It is aged in tank and undergoes malolactic fermentation. The 2008 vintage is a classic that they better let mature for a few more years. After that, it will be a silky seducer with lemony, nutty aromas.

Deep creamy voluptuous creature with delicious caramel tones and sweet citrus. Just beware of the sun's rays !!! I have received many reports on the gôut de lumière.
