The 26th edition of Grand Siecle shows the combination of power and concentration with fine, mineral notes that have always characterised Grand Siecle. The wine is still very mature, but its aromas are more developed and its beautiful fruit makes it more enjoyable when young than we are used to. Like Edition 25, Edition 26 also demonstrates this new style, which moves with the times without abandoning the classic values. You can drink it in the fruit phase or age it for a while if you appreciate nutty, complex flavours. With 65% from the 2012 vintage and 25% from 2008 - 2007 is the third vintage to be included in the Cuvee - long-lasting wines with strong acidity dominate the blend. The change in fermentation yeast expands the aromatic spectrum, which shows notes of lemons (including peel), fine roasted flavours and vanilla patisserie.
