Payment and delivery

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered to Germany and the countries listed under "deliveries to foreign countries".

Delivery costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of 5,90 € per order.

From an order value of 300,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

EU delivery:

We charge a shipping fee depending on country and number of parcels. Orders over 300€ are delivered free of charge to EU countries except Cyprus, Malta and Greece

Below 300 € a flat fee of 14.90 is charged for all EU countries except Greece, Cyprus and Malta.

 Republic of Korea (South)

1 - 2 bottles 25 euro. 3-5 bottles 45 euro, 6-8 bottles 65 euro

USA: We deliver to the states that allow alcohol shipping of unaccompanied baggage. Rates: from 65€ for 1 bottle. Delivery takes 3 to 4 days.

 Switzerland, Liechtenstein: per parcel 30€ (1 to 15 bottles)

Hong Kong, Macau, Australia (1-5bts) 47 €, per parcel (6-11bts) 78€, per parcel (12-15bts) 107€ delivery transit time 5-10 workdays.

Japan: 1-3 bts 46€, 4-6 bots 62€ with DHL, delivery transit time app. 8 work days

Further countries upon demand.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1- 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 12 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
