Fresh white bread, chocolate notes, nougat, citrus fruit and, orange blossom and orange peel are the aromas that make a champagne that is both rich and full-bodied as well as fresh and fine, already seductive, without questioning the great future. It went through a more difficult phase that Richard Juhlin calls knotted, which explains his conservative Rating of 91(95). For us it this is a strong candidate for wine of the vintage. It is already excellent if you open it four to five hours before drinking.
