Payment and delivery
he following terms and conditions apply:
Dispatch conditions The products are delivered to Germany and the EU except Malta, Greece and Cyprus.
For non EU countries, oders cannot be processed by the webshop, please contact us.
Delivery costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping fee of 5,90 € per order. From an order value of 300,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
EU delivery:
DHL: We charge a flat rate of €16.90 for all EU countries except Greece, Cyprus and Malta.
UPS: We charge a flat rate of €16.90 for all EU countries except Greece, Cyprus and Malta.
DP: We charge a flat rate of €9.90 for all EU countries except Greece, Cyprus and Malta.
Orders over €190 are delivered free of charge to all EU countries except Cyprus, Malta and Greece.
Free EU delivery
Orders over 190 € are delivered free of charge to EU countries except Cyprus, Malta and Greece.
United Kingdom
DPD delivery is charged at 9,90 € for parcels up to 30 kg. VAT, excise duties and a clearance fee will be charged by DPD
DHL delivery is charged depending on weight. VAT, excise duty and 12 gbp clearance fee will be invoiced to you by DHL.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein
DPD delivery is charged at 9,90 € for parcels up to 30 kg. VAT, excise duties and a clearance fee will be charged by DPD

Delivery periods Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1- 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 12 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
