Der Grande Dame 2015 ist mit dem Grande Annee einer der wenigen großen 2015er Champagner. Schon jetzt hat Grande Dame 2015  eine nussige Attraktivität mit einem Hauch Caramel, die aber von einer für den Jahrgang ungewöhnlich präzisen, salzigen Mineralität unterlegt wird. Auch dieser Jahrgang ist wie 2012 schon jung erstaunlich zugängig, was auf eine bewusste Umstellung der Hefen hinweist. Dennoch wird die Grande Dame 2015 Ihren Höhepunkt erst in 10 bis 15 Jahren erreichen..
