Laurent Perrier Blanc de Blancs brut nature

Laurent Perrier introduced a champagne without dosage as early as 1981. Since the acidity cannot be compensated by the dosage, Laurent Perrier uses particularly high-quality, ripe Chardonnay grapes from the Grands Crus of the Cote de Blancs and the Premiers Crus of the Montagne de Reims. The wines are fermented in tanks and no oxidative notes are used. The Laurent Perrier Blanc de Blancs is largely from the 2012 vintage and is characterised by fresh mineral notes and lemon. It has a beautiful fruitiness, so that the lack of dosage is hardly noticeable.
