Old vines in Le Mesnil sur Oger on the best belemnite give the grapes for one of the rarest champagnes we offer. It has neither the powerful rusticity of an old salon, nor the spicy fruitiness of some modern Blanc de Blancs of this Grand Crus. Even experienced tasters can miss them. But the subtlety of its aromatics, which is only now beginning to show, its fullness and at the same time intense minerality promise great things for several decades to come.
