Fresh white bread, chocolate notes, nougat, citrus fruit and, orange blossom and orange peel are the aromas that make a champagne that is both rich and full-bodied as well as fresh and fine, already seductive, without questioning the great future. It went through a more difficult phase that Richard Juhlin calls knotted, which explains his conservative Rating of 91(95). For us it Winston Churchill 2008 is one of the very best champagnes of this exceptional year. It is already excellent if you open it four to five hours before drinking.
