Of the renowned four houses, Delas produces particularly balanced, fine wines. Jaques Grange, who is responsible for the wines, comes from Burgundy. This wine has the fruit of black berries, notes of clove, bay leaf and pepper, cedar and a hint of chocolate. The wine is both dense and full and the fruit is supported by well integrated tannins. It can be decanted and you can watch it gain more depth and complexity over hours.
