This is a buttery, rich Dom Ruinart with exotic fruit flavours and some roasted aromas. This is the evidence of very ripe grapes. This is not a shy, mineral blanc de blancs but a powerful style.

Ruinart own vines in Sillery und Puisieulx, two Grand Cru that are not widely known today but that are among the very best terroirs. Apart from grapes from the Grande Montagne Dom Ruinart also contains chardonnay from the  Cote de Blanc villages Avize, Chouilly and Mesnil. Apart from the typical mineral elements Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs has toasted roasted aroams and in the last few vintages full fruit from grapes that are picked late and have high ripeness. The 2006er is especially silky and concentrated.
