Description
The Pur Mesnil has the crisp mineral structure of this great terroir, but with Bonville it is not hard and austere, but develops a silky richness on the palate. Like Anselme Selosse, Olivier loves powerful, concentrated Chardonnay champagnes. The aromas are vanilla and lemon but it also has a buttery side. This champagne can already be drunk, but is only at the beginning of its development. The picture shows a different vintage.
