The fruit is still in the foreground; the champagne is only at the beginning of its drinking maturity. For the charming, elegant year 2004, it has an astonishing amount of substance, intensity and depth. Nevertheless, it is an elegant champagne that delights with an incredibly silky palate and endlessly complex flavours.
