The Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2008 shows the finesse and structure of this great Champagne vintage. After it had developed well, the first drinking window has now closed. Moët is known for variations between production batches, but it follows the general trend of many 2008s made with a reductive style, which now show less fruit, being dominated instead by their acidity.
