It combines ripe lemon with buttery, lush notes that dress the mineral core of Le Mesnil's Chardonnay, making it a rather more voluptuous Blanc de Blancs. The mousse is not aggressive but fine and gives a silky palate feel. It shows the great improvements in the Blanc de Blancs, which is now the signature of the house. Anthony Galloni awards 92 points.
